Closing date: 22nd of May 2024Interview date: As a Neighbourhood Advisor youll play a key role in helping us provide this for our tenants.

Youll work with them and other local agencies to support them in maintaining their tenancy and helping resolve neighbourhood issues.

What youll bring to our teamAs the friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, youll use your skills and expertise to deliver a great customer experience for our tenants.

Youll be experienced in tenancy and housing management legislation and be able to work in challenging customer facing situations, which require good communication skills, diplomacy and excellent customer service resolution and negotiation skills.

Youll have a good understanding and awareness of housing policy and practice, as well as appropriate landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.

QualificationsMinimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C/4 or above or equivalent including Maths and English.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
