£28,348 pa + overtime + bonus, OTE £34,348 pa.
Mon - Fri shifts between 8am and 6pm

Renault Boltonseeks a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our dealership's workshop.

The role involves carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs of cars and vans to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.

Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQs in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications, and

- a full UK Driver's licence

In this job we operate Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on rota in the following pattern:

3 weekdays
8:30am to 5pm with 1⁄2 hr lunch
1 weekday 8am to 4:30pm with 1⁄2 hr lunch
1 weekday 9:30am to 6pm with 1⁄2 hr lunch
1in4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm

In return we offer a £28,348 pa basic salary. This comprises £27,400 pa for weekday work + £948 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half. Uncapped monthly bonuses are paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings.

We are also offering a £2000 welcome bonus to the successful individuals when offered the job on or before 31st March 2023 and commencing work by 21st April 2023.

To enhance your earnings further, weekday overtime is occasionally available paid at plain time and additional Saturday overtime beyond the core 1-in-4 is available on request and paid at time-and-a-half.
