    They are actively seeking a full-time Account Manager/Handler to act as the glue between their clients, their internal creative and production teams and external suppliers.

    *Key Responsibilities*Ideally, they would like someone who does have experience of working within a design agency environment. However, they have enjoyed great success recruiting from non-marketing backgrounds and if you possess the right qualities, then they will definitely want to hear from you.

    Their Account Handlers must possess the ability and skills to develop and maintain long-standing, positive relationships with their clients. To enable this their team tends to be energetic and personable. They're also great listeners.


    In essence, the role is responsible for ensuring that all work is delivered on time, in line with expectations and agreed design briefs.

    Team working is very important to them and you will work closely with both their design and support teams. You will enjoy the variety of working both as part of a team and under your own steam. You must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, be able to multi-task and be well organised. Successfully delivering to their client expectations is essential, so you must have a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. Finally, you will possess incredible attention to detail. The ability to spot even the tiniest of mistakes is invaluable.
