**Internal Sales Executive
Cheltenham
£22,000 basic + commission**
The Role

  • Prospecting for new and developing existing customers
  • Contact lapsed customers
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and understand their requirements
  • To process orders, advise on pricing, order acknowledgements
  • To maintain customer files and account status
  • Liaise with buying team and warehouse with regards to stock availability
  • Ensuring all new leads are entered onto the system accurately
  • Highly organised ideally with previous sales experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Numerate
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
