Ocean Import Operator required for exciting new role in Birmingham, West Midlands
The role is working for a Freight Forwarder
Due to continued departmental growth this role now exists

Duties:

• Arranging cargo clearances and deliveries
• Providing quotations for seafreight import movements
• Preparing import documentation for customs clearance
• Additional documentation when required including certificates of origin and working with Letters of Credit
• Invoicing to client
• Resolving any client enquiries that may arise

This role is ideal for applicants who are or have worked for a freight forwarder or shipping line in a deep sea export or import role.

We are looking for candidates that have the experience, but also importantly thrive on working in a very service level department where going the extra mile is standard
