    Senior iOS Engineer - Sustainability and Green Energy

    Salary: Up to £75,000 plus equity

    Location: London (Hybrid 3 days per week)

    Industry: Sustainable/Green Energy

    I'm partnered with a scaling GreenTech organisation who are on a mission to revolutionise home energy management and contribute to a greener, more sustainable future. Their cutting-edge technology empowers homeowners to monitor, optimise, and reduce their energy consumption, ultimately lowering carbon emissions and creating a more efficient energy ecosystem.

    They are seeking a talented Senior iOS Engineer to join the growing team and play a key role in developing and enhancing their core mobile application. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that enable users to control and monitor their home energy usage, contributing directly to their goal of reducing carbon emissions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the iOS application.
    • Implement new features and enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
    • Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends and technologies, and incorporate them into day-to-day work.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years' experience as iOS engineer and at least 2 years using SwiftUI.
    • Solid understanding of POP application design.
    • Strong experience with SwiftUI and latest OS versions.
    • Strong understanding of latest Swift concurrency framework.
    • Strong architectural knowledge ( SOLID principles ).
    • Strong attitude towards testing, TDD and BDD principles.
    • Experience in frameworks like RealityKit and AR.
    • Good understanding of common data structures problems.
