HGV Night Shift Supervisor required at a Commercial Automotive Business in Carlisle
***- Basic Salary: up to £54,500

Hours: 12 hour night shifts, 4 nights a week

Our client, a Commercial Main Dealer, has an opportunity for an experienced HGV Night Shift Supervisor to join their Carlisle based site on a permanent basis.

Requirements and Responsibilities of the HGV Supervisor:

Have a proven track record running a successful Main Commercial Dealership workshop. The client is also encouraging Experienced Technicians looking for progression to apply.
Be able to provide supportive leadership and have excellent management skills.
Ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
Be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public.
Have great attention to detail when it comes to administrative duties, ensuring these are completed in a quick and precise manner.
Be confident when managing the workshop and front of house team so everyone is working together and to the best of their ability.
