Private Wealth and Private Wealth Disputes are central areas of focus of the law firm.

Their wider Private Wealth Team has been expanding steadily, with the non-contentious team attracting some of the industry's top talents in the past year.

To align with this growth, the Private Wealth Disputes team is seeking a dynamic new associate to join their ranks.

Requirements:

England and Wales qualified lawyer, aiming to advance their career with an established firm.
Minimum of 5 years PQE in advising on private wealth/trust disputes, preferably with an international aspect.
Demonstrated willingness to handle a variety of private wealth dispute cases.
Highly technical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and numerical communication skills.
Personable and positive attitude, enjoying collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage all aspects of a case, including legal analysis, strategy, client liaison, and counsel coordination.
Prepare clear, concise, and precise correspondence and legal advice.
Assess evidence materials and develop trial strategies.
Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to team profile and business development through writing legal articles, networking, and attending conferences.
Embrace hybrid working arrangements, balancing office and remote work effectively.
