Collections Agent - Manchester City Centre, M1,
£26,000 - £30,000 - Monday - Friday (35 hrs per week). Hybrid working available**We are looking for exceptional people to join our growing Collections Advisor team in Manchester City Centre in January 2023 We are genuinely market leading and one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK


The package for the position for the Collections Agent is:

  • Up to £30,000 salary plus 10% annual bonus

Your day to day responsibilities as a Collections Agent will include:

  • Making inbound and outbound calls collecting payments and arrears
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General administration duties

For the position of Collections Agent we are looking for the following experience:

  • Previous experience in Collections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • A polite and professional telephone manor
