Management Accountant

Overview
This is a key role in the finance team of ThirtyThree. ThirtyThree is a full-service employer branding and marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthend accounting tasks including posting of journals
  • Production and submission of monthly reporting packs according to strict deadlines
  • Review and analysis of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
  • Producing detailed revenue variance analysis at month end
  • Ensuring adherence to group procurement policy including supplier due diligence
  • Nominal ledger review and analysis
  • Assisting with the forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Dealing with requests and finance related queries for a variety of stakeholders
  • Provide Support to the finance team in monthly management reporting requirements
  • Cash flow and Working Capital forecasting
  • Support credit control
  • Pipeline sales, Revenue and WIP reporting and forecasting
  • Oversee debtors, bad debt and Purchase ledger balances
  • Update and review profiling of WIP, CAPEX and deferred revenue
  • Analyse and post prepayments, accruals and intercompany recharges
  • Assisting the Financial Controller & Financial Director with AdHoc queries.

Essential Experience/Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant management accounts experience
  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with ERP systems (SAP/Concept) desirable
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel).
  • Team player with genuine enthusiasm to make a contribution to the company
  • Strong customer service and quality focus
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and able to quickly establish solid working relationship with wide variety of stakeholders
