    Description

    You will be key in building our propositions and proposals in the Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services proposition team, delivering across our Capita Public Services (CPS) client groups.

    You will support our proposition and sales teams in leading the development of compelling, innovative, cost-competitive, and repeatable propositions and proposals that focus on our front and back-office capabilities, providing input and support to broader opportunities.

    taking ownership of output quality and performance to support growth whilst meeting timescales and complete pricing and designs effectively
    primarily drive net new external business for Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions
    provide expertise to bids, ensuring high-quality input and overall proposal excellence
    strong understanding of Digital BPS and a view of the broader Citizen Experience market.

    extensive experience in delivering solutions and proposals in front and back-office services to address complex opportunities in the Public Sector.

    The team manages Capita Key Accounts and is developing our strategy for investing in client value propositions.
