We are proud to be working with a major insurance company as they look to recruit committed Customer Service Representative for their Aylesbury-based contact centre operation.

You must be able to demonstrate resilience, reliability, excellence in executionand confidence while speaking to customers.

You must take pride in providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to customers.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally within a contact centre however consideration will be given to individuals who have either worked within customer facing environments.


Must Haves:


  • Have some customer service front line experience (not essential)
  • Understanding the values you can provide whist being in customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working as a team
  • Able to work on rota

Salary:
£20,500 - £ Depending on experience)


Contract Type:
Permanent


Start Date: 20th Feb 2023.


Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday.
