- A solid background in FM with experience in the retail and public building sectors.
- An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in plumbing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Handyman experience is a plus.
- Possession of a valid, clean UK driving license.
- ECS/CSCS Card certification is preferred.
- IPAF & BAND certifications are also preferred.
- A steadfast commitment to safety and quality in all your work.
- The capability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Accurate record-keeping of completed tasks.
- Willingness to participate in a weekly on-call rotation, with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A professional and courteous representation of the company at all times.
- Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
- An on-call payment.
