    Description

    What you'll bring to the table:

    • A solid background in FM with experience in the retail and public building sectors.
    • An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in plumbing.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
    • Handyman experience is a plus.
    • Possession of a valid, clean UK driving license.
    • ECS/CSCS Card certification is preferred.
    • IPAF & BAND certifications are also preferred.
    • A steadfast commitment to safety and quality in all your work.
    • The capability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
    • Accurate record-keeping of completed tasks.
    • Willingness to participate in a weekly on-call rotation, with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks.
    • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • A professional and courteous representation of the company at all times.
    • Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
