    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our secondary school in Daventry.

    As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for mathematics and promoting academic achievement.

    Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
    Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
    Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure student engagement and understanding.
    Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
    Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.
    Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
    Strong subject knowledge in mathematics, with a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
    Previous experience teaching mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4, preferably in a secondary school setting.
    A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning.
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
    A passion for mathematics education and a desire to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
