Due to unprecedented growth across the business, we are looking to secure an additional Design Manager to work alongside the Land and Planning Team, supporting the growth of the business across the South Coast ensuring new land opportunities and planning applications are delivered with an emphasis on design and placemaking.
Key responsibilities include:
Production of feasibility studies to support new land opportunities and bids ensuring our competitiveness in the marketLiaison with stakeholders, external consultants and design teams to develop scheme proposalsReview of current planning applications to ensure coverage and quality are maintained as schemes developProduction of in-house bid documents and case studies showcasing our product for landownersReview and development of our preferred house portfolio.
