Community Property Care is looking for a hardworking and reliable person to fill our Door safety inspector position based in West London.

Salary:
Pay per door, average expected annual salary £26,000.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Location:
West London Area

Main Duties

Carry out fire door inspections on communal and apartment front doors across a wide portfolio of sites, both large and small, across London to check the doors comply with relevant fire and building safety legislation.
Weekly work allocated to you via a handheld device and you will plan your days based on the location the work is in.
Liaise with customers, ensuring appointments are kept and any delays communicated.
Maintain excellent written and photographic records of all completed inspections and remedial actions needed for audit purposes.
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by building excellent relationships with tenants and managing agents.
Overtime may be available on request.

Person Specification:

No experience is required but you must be selfmotivated and enjoy working outdoors.
Proficient with technology in order to use the app, computer, and webbased systems we use to record data.
Demonstrate good decisionmaking skills and common sense.
Take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care' representative when on site.
Work independently and will have the motivation to work quickly and efficiently.
Live within the West London area and have the ability to navigate around London.
Hold a current and full Driving License).
