- Develop and deliver accurate demand forecasts over a 1 to 2 year horizon, utilising Excel tools and incorporating the latest consumption rates.
- Ensure demand plans accurately reflect known marketing activities, product launch timings, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to evaluate the likely impact of commercial investments on demand.
- Reconcile and report on the accuracy of past demand plans and sales forecasts at SKU and customer level detail.
- Translate forecasts into actionable supply signals, providing item-level recommendations and flow strategies to maximise product availability while optimising cash and inventory.
- Contribute insights to stocking policies and monitor supply readiness and inventory risks, particularly during promotional and new selling periods.
- Proactively resolve and communicate supply-related issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Conduct root cause investigations and develop action plans to continuously improve forecast accuracy and supply performance.
- Prepare relevant supply chain materials for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
