The Accompanied Viewer plays a crucial role in supportingour sales and lettings teams by conducting viewings providingdetailed property information and ensuring a positive experiencefor all prospective clients. This position is ideal for someonewith a passion for property and a talent for delivering exceptionalcustomer service. The successful candidate will possess excellentinterpersonal skills a keen eye for detail and a genuine interestin helping people find their perfect home.

The Package
Basic salary:£22000
On target earnings: £23000£25000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:3017:30 with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 13:00

KeyResponsibilities:

• Conduct viewings for sales and lettings propertiesproviding comprehensive information and answering any questionsprospective clients may have.
• Maintain aprofessional and friendly demeanor at all times ensuring a positiveand memorable viewing experience.
• Coordinateviewing schedules in an efficient manner liaising with the salesand lettings teams to maximize opportunities.
• Gather feedback from viewings and communicate thisfeedback to the relevant sales or lettings negotiator.
• Ensure properties are presented in the best possiblelight.
• Assist with the preparation of propertydetails and marketing materials as required.
• Contribute to the overall success of the agency byproviding exceptional customer service and supporting teamobjectives.

• Avalid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
