Student Recruitment and Admission Manager

Are you passionate about shaping the future of education? We are actively seeking a highly motivated Student Recruitment and Admission Manager to join our vibrant team in Hatfield.

As the Student Recruitment and Admission Manager (RAM), you will report to the Director of Marketing and Admissions (DMA).

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the DMA on various marketing activities aimed at driving international student recruitment, aligning with the targets specified in our business model.

Working in tandem with the University Partner, including the International Office and DMA, you will actively contribute to the development of global recruitment initiatives for our designated region/s.

Student Recruitment and Admission Manage r Requirements:
Proven international student recruitment expertise
Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing and recruitment activities and report appropriately
Experience of reflecting, assessing and developing recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets
Experience of planning and executing lead generation and conversion campaigns by intake
Experience of working with global recruitment agents to drive business growth
Knowledge of Home Office/UKVI and CMA compliance
Proven ability to apply commercial rigor and business acumen to decision-making
Post-secondary qualifications, preferably in Marketing/recruitment.
Ability to work in a team to inspire team members to explore and engage in all avenues of marketing and student recruitment
