- You will lead the strategic direction of the centre, working closely with the asset managers & surveyors.
- Leading a substantial onsite team, including multiple direct reports and a wider contracted team of facilities services, you will inspire, encourage, and empower a collaborative, commercial and ambitious working culture.
- You will be the face of the destination and key interface with tenants, local authorities, the local community, the landlord, the local BID and customers.
- You will bring vigour and vitality to the role and foster effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- There is a planned development to increase further retail & leisure offerings, for the customers & local community.
- The landlord is a fund manager, with the ability to continue to invest in the destination.

- Experience as a Shopping Centre Manager or a senior management position within retail.
- To be a proven and inspiring leader of large teams.
- To be adaptable to a broad range of stakeholders with varying specialisms, personalities, and objectives.
- Experience & expertise in managing service charge budgets.
