    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    SaaS/Software

    Hybrid / London

    Up to £160K Basic Salary + Equity + Bonus & Excellent benefits package

    STOIX are working exclusively with a rapidly growing SaaS business who are on a mission to revolutionise the industry. We're searching for a passionate and experienced CFO to join their executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the business's future success.

    About You:

    • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within the SaaS/Software sector.
    • You have successful history of scaling businesses from £5 million ARR to £20 million+ ARR.
    • You have experience in a Private Equity or Venture Capital backed organisation.
    • You have experience working in a number 1 CFO role reporting to a board of directors/investors.
    • You have experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
    • You're a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the SaaS business model and the metrics that drive success.
    • You possess a strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • You're a strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the executive team and board.
    • You're a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal controls.
    • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic financial plans to achieve growth objectives.
    • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
    • Manage investor relations and prepare for future funding rounds.
    • Build and develop a high-performing finance team capable of scaling with the business.
    • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to optimise financial performance.
