Description

Based North Bradford and blending time in the office, client visits and WFH, your role is to successfully develop a strong presence in the temp and interim commercial, office & professional services sector.

Growing the existing client base of a well establishedrecruitment business is at the core of your activity - your role will include:

Follwing up on all marketing activities to secure new clients /business recruiting temporary and contract staff
Making contact and calls to contacts and decision makers to secure new business
Keeping the CRM system up to date with all activity
Coming up with creative ideas to start conversations with prospective temp clients
To develop your personal and the company brand on relevant social media etc
Expanding the desk through gaining new contacts within existing businesses, and utilising personal contacts to expand the network
Attending networking events
To attend quarterly sales meetings to report on the performance of the desk and to provide new ideas
Ensuring new business won is a sound credit risk
Working closely with colleagues to provide a first class service and keeping in regular contact with your new clients

To be considered you MUST have professional communication skills, outgoing and friendly personality and strong sales/BD skills. Local area knowledge, temp recruitment processes and legislation together with open and honest dialog with colleague is key.

Salary on offer is up to £32k basic plus bonus and benefits inc 23 days holiday plus stats, 4 additional days to volunteer or work on personal projects.
