Dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organisations, we are seeking a skilled Finance Recruiter to join the team and drive recruitment efforts in the finance sector.

You will develop effective recruitment and business development strategies.

You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for finance roles.
Source and attract high-caliber finance candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' finance skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Experience working as a recruiter in the finance sector, with a focus on finance roles.
Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects, and customers
In-depth knowledge of finance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
