    Description

    Your Challenge

    We are looking to recruit a Technical Analyst to join the Technical Operations Team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and external clients regarding software, hardware, and network infrastructure. Monitor and analyse system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides. Respond to technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to end-users and stakeholders to enhance technical proficiency and promote best practices. Perform technical analysis on Swarco payments terminals & charger uptime/utilisation. Early identification of system anomalies. Manage the Swarco Smart Charging fleet. Report creation and managing new vehicles and returns.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot hardware and software issues by reviewing PSP trends, and escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Conduct regular system audits and maintenance tasks, including software reviews and configurations, to ensure system integrity and security
  • Collaborate with Finance and Service teams to implement necessary system changes in the event of an issue
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new technologies and solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
  • Weekly and Monthly Payment Service Provider (PSP) reports – Create and analyse report data on incoming payments and potential charger/payment provider faults
  • Engagement with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the highest operational uptime for SWARCO E.Connect and white label customers
  • Regular analysis and development of Charge Point Uptime and Utilisation Reports, in conjunction with the Network Management team

    Your Profile

    What we are looking for

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in networking and server concepts
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of MS Office in particular excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with incident and document management tools (, Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, Confluence) is desirable
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • EV charging experience but not a necessity
  • Ability to work within a team or alone
  • Report creation and progress tracking
