We have partnered with a market leading, national construction company who are looking for a BREEAM assessor to join them in Northampton.

Preparing reports for submission to Building Research Establishment (BRE)
Provide regular updates to project teammembers and pursuing information
Respond to the BRE on quality audit reports
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant subject - Desirable
Awareness of tasks on projects during all stages from conception to handover
Willingness to learn about risk management, financial management and commercial awareness
Flexible and proactive to deal with the ever-changing demands of a dynamic environment where the requirement to maintain a safe and decent environment is constant #J-18808-Ljbffr
