The company

Our client is a fast-growing Specialist Finance Intermediary (Bridging, Development, Portfolio Finance) who are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join their existing team as they continue to expand organically.

Responsibilities include

Brand building. Increasing company and product awareness across the industry with multiple stakeholders.
Compile daily performance reporting
Build engaging ad copy and creatives
On site optimisation feedback on landing pages and customer journey
Conversion funnel optimisation
Provide campaign reports and ROI tracking through detailed data and industry analysis
Manage digital strategy for team members based in another office to manage our digital campaigns.
Assist the CTO with the SEO strategy and scale up the organic traffic
Assist with the product builds and build external online partnerships (aggregators, publishers)

We would like to see

5 years + relevant experience in performance biddable media (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Content channels)
Creative, Strategic with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong analytical skills, ROI focussed with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, etc.) and bid management tools
Proficient knowledge of measurement and funnel optimization including Google Analytics
Numerate, commercially strong and growth orientated
Strong desire to learn, grow, take on new responsibilities and progress
Positive outlook and confidence to communicate

For you

Basic salary from £50k+ (This is negotiable dependent upon experience)
Performance related bonus scheme
24 days holiday + 3 extra days at Christmas (plus 1 day extra for each year of service up to 28 days. (Plus, Bank Holidays)
