- Evaluate and interrogate all incoming leads, checking and obtaining missing or additional information needed from our potential customers.
- Enter valid opportunities into our system before passing to appropriate salesperson to quote.
- Assist with estimating & quoting on jobs.
- Take ownership of the sales follow up process, ensuring these are done at the right time and recorded on our sales system.
- Produce sales reports and KPIs each month to summarise our company performance.
- First point of contact for incoming enquiries to the company.
- Monitor incoming emails to shared inboxes.
- Ensuring all documents required by the client are produced on time and sent to the appropriate person.
- Taking ownership of the project data.
- Supporting top customer service and repeat business form our current customers.
- Booking accommodation for Operatives as needed.
- Organised, with good attention to detail.
