Are you a seasoned maintenance professional with a passion for optimizing industrial processes, experienced in Outage Management? We'll help you progress and develop yourself further, and will support you with creating a development plan to achieve that.

• Leverage your deep understanding of industrial equipment and asset management to optimize outage timelines, planning processes and resource allocation.
• Develop standards and support teams in ensuring equipment inspection and test plans and return to service checks are of the highest quality.
• Minimum BEng level education (or equivalent experience) with extensive background in industrial maintenance.
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex outage/shutdown/turnaround projects, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industrial processes and asset management principles (planning, standardisation, life cycle management).
• Understanding and qualification in health & safety principals and project management is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including potential overnights to support ongoing outages.
• Lead a critical role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our energy recovery facilities.
