    A prestigious office in Mayfair is looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for all visitors, including high profile clients.

    You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, as well as ensuring the building is kept in good operative order, so having a good eye for detail would be very beneficial for this role

    There would also be some administrative/PA duties included, which full training can be given on.

    • Meet and greet all guests, offering refreshments and directing visitors to the appropriate office
    • Answering incoming calls and forwarding as necessary
    • Ensuring reception area, hallways and offices are kept tidy, reporting anything in a quick and proactive manner
    • Ordering office supplies and keeping an inventory of stock
    • Liaising with the Maintenance and Block Management Company to ensure the building is kept in good order
    • General administration as required - writing emails, photocopying, posting letters etc.

    Experience & Skills

    • 6 months experience in a Receptionist/high-end Customer Service role
    • Professional and well-presented demeanour
    • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
