About the Team

We are a team of 10 and we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality across all elements of our HR work, be that management of the employee lifecycle, coaching and empowering leaders, or acting as change agents to influence and improve ways of working.

We're a capable team that is always driving people-focused initiatives and projects, as well as playing an integral role in charity wide working groups and projects.


About You
You will be an experienced and high performing CIPD qualified HR practitioner with specialist knowledge and experience.

Specifically, you will have:

  • Experience in identifying and scoping process and workflow improvements to streamline recruitment procedures
  • Experience building recruitment policies and processes from the ground up experience.
  • Experience in producing, analysing and presenting MI reports

Our approach to hybrid working

This role is based in our Central London office (WC1N, opposite Russell Square underground) with 2 days working in the office and the option to work remotely up to three days a week.
