    Job Description As Contracts Specialist you will provide the business with contracting expertise, support and coordination for contracted services activities.

    Commercial and contractual aspects of Tendering, negotiating, awarding, and managing all contracts and major purchase orders.
    Arranging project bonds, guarantees, and insurances as necessary.
    Liaising with project managers and engineers to negotiate and execute all Variation Orders (VO) with contractors.
    Analyzing commodity spend information, conducting market analysis, and developing sourcing strategies.
    Assisting the contract holder with supplier management activities, including performance reviews.

    ~ Candidates must have a basic understanding of commercial environments and knowledge of Supply Chain processes specific to the energy sector. Holding a Bachelor's degree in fields like Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or Law is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in subcontracting environments and previous involvement with marine and vessel projects is advantageous.
