We are currently recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer to join our leading client based near Blyth on a permanent basis.

Our client is a household name in their specialist industry and supplies its quality products nationally.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to a minimum HNC Level in an electrical discipline with experience in similar role with demonstrable experience in using AutoCAD Electrical.

Successful candidates will be required to produce electrical designs incorporating, PLC's, Variable Speeds Drives (ABB is advantageous), SCADA/ HMI.

Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM/ Friday 8am - 2pm
Use AutoCAD Electrical to create drawing and models using 2D & 3D elements.

• Work closely with the production facility to develop and implement new electrical document control processes.
• Attend design reviews for new product designs.
• Occasional travel to various site locations.
• Educated to HNC level or above in an Electrical discipline.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
