We are looking for an Estates Coordinator to work at The Royal Shakespeare Company.

This is an exciting and varied role, which involves providing a proactive helpdesk and administrative function to our busy Estates department, supporting our Theatre Operationsas well as maintaining our offices and workshops.

As an Estates Coordinator, you will report directly to the Engineering Services Support Manager, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing helpdesk and administrative assistance to the Estates department
  • Operating the computer assisted facilities management system in a proactive way
  • Logging and prioritising reactive and planned internal maintenance jobs and monitoring outstanding and overdue jobs to achieve resolution
  • Providing updates and information to colleagues
  • Ensuring records are kept up to date and all jobs are completed in a timely fashion
  • Producing reports from the asset database
  • Communicating with external suppliers and raising and reconciling purchase orders

This position is offered as a full time, permanent position, with the hours being 35 hours per week, based in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The helpdesk operates between the hours of 8am and 5pm, alternating 8am until 4pm or 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
