As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Salary:
Competitive salary range of £100,000 - £125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
