One of my clients based in Falmouth have recently expanded their offices and are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.


The office is based within a busy office centre and you will be expected to deliver a high quality administrative services to a diverse range of clients and customers.

This position will primarily involve delivering high quality of front of house duties associated with operating a multi occupied modern office facility.


You will be the first customer contact point you will be expected to respond to day to day queries and requests in a helpful and appropriate manner.

You will be required to work alongside the centre administrators and management team to ensure smooth running of the centre.


Other day to day activities include;

  • Setting up IT accounts
  • ID card access
  • Printer access
  • Phone accounts
  • Car Parking permits
  • Dealing with invoices


As the front of house receptionist you will be responsible for the day to day office and communal kitchen supply's, distributing all post and ensure all out going post has been franked and ready for collection.


Experience and qualifications;

  • Previous administration experience (Essential)
  • Front of House customer service experience (Essential)
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Ability to work well alone
  • Great organisation skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
