    Your Mission

    We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of AI services and products for Intelligent Document Processing, AI governance, and RPA.

    What you'll do at UiPath

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for UiPath's RPA and AI products, working closely with the executive team, customers, and partners.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer success, to develop and launch innovative products that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Intelligent Document Processing, RPA and AI market, including competitive analysis, customer needs, and industry trends, to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, adjusting the strategy as needed to achieve business goals.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the product team.
  • What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise software, RPA, Natural Language Processing or AI; experience in a leadership role strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing product teams, defining product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, and launching innovative products that deliver customer value.
  • Strong understanding of the RPA, AI market and Intelligent Document Processing including customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies, LLMs, Generative AI, and information retrieval technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing and building products around AI governance that provide customers trust and transparency is a significant plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management. A strong technical background is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with ML and data science teams is preferred.

    Pay Transparency

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is between £145,500 and £210,750. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
