We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Multi-Trades Technicians to join our Social Housing Disrepair team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, addressing issues related to disrepair efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a versatile skill set encompassing various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting.

Identifying and rectifying issues related to disrepair, including dampness, leaks, electrical faults, and structural damage.
Carrying out carpentry work such as door and window repairs, flooring installation, and kitchen unit fitting.
Performing electrical repairs and installations under the supervision of a qualified electrician.
Executing plastering and painting work to ensure a high-quality finish.
Proven experience in a similar role within the social housing sector or construction industry.
Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different properties as required.
