    Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

    Salary Range: £29,000-£36,000 depending on experience

    Working Location: Sunseeker Shipyards, Poole (travel to our other sites may be required)

    Hybrid Working Offered: Yes (minimum three days in office)

    Who are we seeking?
    Sunseeker International is now looking to grow our busy Employee Relations team within the Human Resources department, by welcoming an experienced HR Advisor into Sunseeker World Headquarters, Poole.

    As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our existing positive culture, bringing the Sunseeker brand to life for all of our colleagues and ensuring that they feel able to continue building the best luxury yachts in the world.

    You will provide drive the provision of a first class service to managers in all aspects of employment legislation and HR best practice, whilst adopting a proactive role to further our reputation as a modern, progressive employer. Maintaining a high visibility presence throughout the business, you'll be supported by accurate and clear correspondence and documentation whilst coaching managers to drive compliance and best practice, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to CPD.

    Your tasks will include disciplinaries, grievances, and ER related case work, taking an active role in managing employee absence, timekeeping, and occupational health.
