Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Warranty Premium Data Management: Accurately input new premiums into our Acturis system and promptly send the necessary paperwork to clients.
-
Warranty Premium Credit Control: Play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of warranty premium credit control processes.

Payment Handling: Skilfully manage payment transactions over the phone, facilitating smooth and secure financial interactions with clients.

Legal Documentation: Issue necessary legal documentation in adherence to underwriter requirements, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Certification Presentation: Compile and present final certifications to underwriters for comprehensive review, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Insurer Liaison: Collaborate effectively with our insurer partners as and when required, fostering strong working relationships.

Bordereaux Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly claims, premium, and live bordereaux for our insurer partners, contributing to smooth operations.

Manage Enquiries and Adjustments: Handle incoming inquiries and adjustments, ensuring efficient communication and resolution to meet our clients' needs.

CRM System Management: Efficiently upload client documents and correspondence into our CRM system, ensuring organised and accessible data.

Professional Development: Undertake formal qualifications aligned with the company's requirements, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.

Adaptive Task Execution: Flexibly handle any reasonable tasks that arise to meet the dynamic demands of our business.

Trade Show Participation: Attend trade shows to represent our company and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Reports to the Underwriting Manager: As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Underwriting Manager, who plays a pivotal role within our company's structure.

Assist the Management Team: Provide essential support to the management team responsible for overseeing our Structural Warranty Insurance accounts. This includes handling both internal and external inquiries related to new business and mid-term adjustments.

Insurance Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of general insurance services, contributing to informed decision-making.

Literacy and Numeracy: Exhibit strong literacy and numeracy skills, ensuring accuracy in documentation and financial transactions.

Technological Proficiency: Possess at least intermediate computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and Word, enhancing operational efficiency.

Bordereaux Experience: While not essential, prior experience in completing insurance bordereaux is advantageous.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year - Subject to experience
