    We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Developer to join our growing Product team in the UK.

    Working closely with design team, you will play a key role in brining their creative visions to life within the footwear category.


    The Responsibilities:
    Support the critical path adherence, process alignment, and coordination with key partners in the UK and Asia, ensuring all teams are on track with key milestones and delivery datesWorking closely with our Design Team to ensure that designers vision is executed and functional, as well as on targetBe a key point of contact for development queries for Product Merchandising, Design, Planning, R&D, our APAC Product Development Team, Materials and Marketing to deliver positive ROI to the businessOwnership of the development cycle from Product Brief and Design Handover, to our Commercialisation and Manufacturing teams in AsiaSupport and mentor junior members of the team through the development processUnderstand and support costings negotiations for projects and ensure margin goals are achieved by rigorous effective cost engineering and cost breakdown analysisEnsure the smooth running of the development critical timelines, sampling, budget, BOM's/PLM/CBD;s, and supplier and materials coordinationSupport the continual improvement of the development process, season on seasonCreate and maintain BOM information accurately, executing design vision through final bulk delivery and take responsibility for samples where necessary Work and collaborate with our teams in Asia to ensure we executive packaging that is efficient, sustainable and in line with our brand handwritingGeneral admin responsibilities as required to be successful in the role

    The Person:
    Solid experience of product development within the footwear industry – in a busy role you'll quickly become a key member of the teamA real team player, and able to work in partnership with UK and APAC based teams across Design, Product Development, Materials, Product Merchandising, R&D and CommercializationCommercially aware to work within costing budgets to successfully deliver products within briefIn depth knowledge of footwear development and trendsInternational experience – especially collaborating and working with factories, development centres and tanneriesAmazing organisation skillsAdvanced user of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) is essential for this positionPLM software experience is beneficial for this positionBenefits:Private health or dental insurance
