Summary


We are looking for a Student Records and Partnerships Officer to support St Mary's University in developing our portfolio of collaborative provision in line with the university strategy - Vision 2030.


You will be responsible for the management of all student records with particular focus on managing our collaborative provision students.


The role holder will be responsible for managing the key milestones of the student lifecycle within a Registry setting, from enrolment to graduation.


To be successful, you should have knowledge and understanding of working in academic administration in a Higher Education environment You will have knowledge of student databases (such as SITS) and a background in managing student records.

Job Details


The role involves implementing all associated business processes to ensure they are responsive and proactive, and driving a culture of service management and improvement that centres our students at the heart of the service.


The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks associated with the management of student records within the student lifecycle, working with the Student Administration and Partnerships Manager and the Head of Registry Service to deliver on key tasks.


Faculty / Institute / Department


Registry Services at St Mary's is responsible for the management of the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation, providing support and guidance to all students at staff at every key point in the student journey.

The team also provide Student Records support, manage our UKVI compliance and oversee student conduct and casework.
