    The company manufacture a variety of products for the construction sector and are expanding with a brand new multi million pound facility providing new opportunities, career progression and making it a very exciting time to join them on this venture.**Responsibilities**
    • Manage PM inspection workflow.
    • Recycle PM tasks (from Step 1, daily inspections), accelerate PM program.
    • Validate CBM, OTR findings and plan into maintenance shutdowns.
    • Completion of scoping documents for major maintenance
    • Work package quality compliance.
    • Carry out Step 0 cost analysis in conjunction with Reliability manager.
    • Conduit between AM & PM (AM/PM calendar, Machine ledger, AMPM visual management, audits).
    • To issue correct permits when required for tasks to be carried out in the area and ensure correct isolations are in place.
    • To support in the planning of, then execute and supervise all Planned Shutdowns ensuring adherence to shutdown down KPI's.
    • To carry out risk assessments & write method statements & record near miss incidents.
    • Assist with management of maintenance shutdowns.
    **Requirements**
    • Mechanical Engineering background
    • Worked in a manufacturing environment, i.e. FMCG or industrial manufacturing or industrial manufacturing
    • Root cause analysis
    • Understanding of AM/PM
    • Planned Maintenance background, SOPs
    • Supervisory experience
    **Hours**
    • Monday - Friday (7:30 - 4 p.m.) 30 Min flexi start time.
    Salary:
    • £48,000 per year + up to 10% annual bonus
