Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust
Description
Clinical duties comprise of 80% of working time, with the additional 20% of working time used for professional activities/outputs across the other 3 pillars of advanced practice.
These additional leadership, educational and research (LRE) related activities will: (1) operationalise Trust values; (2) be negotiated with service/Trust leadership/management; and (3) contribute to service development, quality improvement, patient safety and/or patient experience.
The PDR process will be utilised to review LRE achievements and agree on-going outcomes across the leadership, research and educational activities.
