    Mapp is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager based in Berlin. Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping execute Mapp's overall strategy in Germany, Switzerland and Austria , by planning and coordinating both physical and digital marketing campaigns to grow and accelerate the pipeline. The role will also be responsible for operational, implementation, and post-programme reporting and activities.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:


    • Work closely with the Global Marketing and Regional Sales, Customer Success &

    Partner teams to identify and enable lead generation, customer, and partner

    marketing activities.


    • Develop the DACH marketing plan and execute multi-channel campaigns via email,

    content syndication, tradeshows, webinars, social media, and PR to support sales.


    • Track, measure, and analyze the impact of managed programs via Salesforce; produce

    reports to demonstrate campaign progress and regional success.


    • Write or localize marketing deliverables on schedule and within budget, e.g.,

    marketing emails, case studies, collaterals, newsletters, and social media posts.


    • Own Mapp event logistics, including but not limited to venue selection, speaker

    selection, catering, and promotions for your region. Attend events (may include some

    nights and weekends), network, and educate attendees on product offerings.


    • Master webinar technology, from setup through production, and reporting on and

    driving the creation of all supporting emails and campaigns.


    • Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new lead generation

    opportunities for Mapp.

    THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:


    • 1-2 years' experience in a Field Marketing role within a SaaS environment.


    • Fluent in German; English C1+ level.


    • Excellent copywriting skills, with a special focus on digital channels.


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven success working collaboratively with Sales and forging impactful relationships

    across the organization.


    • Ability to think critically and creatively while multitasking and meeting strict

    deadlines.


    • Excellent project management and ROI reporting skills.


    • Experienced in using CRM and Marketing Automation tools.


    • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.


    • Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented.
