    We are part of the Airedale Group who are a market leading design, installation, and maintenance provider for commercial kitchens in the UK hospitality and food service industry. Working alongside clients from the initial designs, offering the complete end to end solution with established, long-standing relationships across an extensive, blue chip client base.

    As a growing business, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. Based at our site in Pershore, this role will have responsibility of managing the Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance departments with four direct reports at supervisory level. You will manage budgets, monitor performance and drive quality standards across the business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of 30 employees across the office and warehouse operations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of supervisors, that aligns with company goals and objectives.
    • Review and analyse performance levels across each department, implementing new KPI measurements to maximise output and motivate teams.
    • Deliver strategic performance plans with a focus on succession planning and organisational development. Ensuring all employees have relevant training and development opportunities.
    • Proactively identify areas to implement structure and streamline process to promote a continuous improvement culture.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

    Experience Required:

    • Excellent communicator with first hand people management experience.
    • A background of working in a fast paced, customer focussed service industry.
    • Experience of working within a similar level role, managing operations across multiple departments
    • Excellent influential skills with ability to motivate teams and drive performance levels.
    • Proven experience in delivering positive change and structure across business operations.
    • ILM qualification / training would be highly beneficial.
