  • YOUR ROLEWe have an amazing opportunity for a Site Operational Trainer to join our operational team in Hull.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?We're looking for a Site Operational trainer to provide inductions, MHE, Work instruction and Manual handling training to all CEVA staff and agency staff.

You will need to ensure all training is provided to the highest of standards, and in line with company policies and procedures.

In addition, the Site trainer will deliver MHE training to ensure staff's annual and 3-year refresher assessments and development training is up to date.- Occasional visits to Darwen site to support MHE instruction as and when required.


Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Delivering new starter and agency MHE training as required by each site. Deliver annual and 3-year refresher assessments within specified company compliance guidelines for each site
  • Delivering and maintaining records of MHE training for employee files
  • Work with site and shift management in the DC to plan and deliver development MHE training.
  • Directly contributing to the sites Continuous Improvement program
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Counterbalance Certificate

  • MEWP certificate
  • LLOP/MLOP certificate
  • Full UK Driving License
  • MHE Instructor License (RTITB or ITSSAR)
  • Pivot Steer MHE (Flexi/Bendi) Certificate
  • Excellent PC skills, Microsoft office and creating documents to support the training
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
