Role:

As a Manufacturing Operative at PW Defence, you will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing process of defence-related equipment.

You will work closely with a team to follow manufacturing procedures, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out all tasks with the manufacturing environment as instructed by the manufacturing team leaders, and / or supervisor.
To ensure compliance with building licences limits at all times.
To ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with the risk assessment, process instructions and any additional quality documentation.
Ensuring there is no deviation from set standards that could have any detrimental effect on the quality of products manufactured.
To assist in the setting up of production lines as required.
To undertake any other duties within the department, that are requested by your line manager to aid the performance of the department. These duties will not be of a greater or more complex nature and level of responsibility than those of the post holder, expect with the appropriate mutual agreement and necessary training.
