Description

Due to continued business growth, a new position has been created within the Hall & Kay Service Department, London (EC3R 6HE), to support the existing team.


Outline Job Description:


  • Working within the existing team, to support our South East service region.
  • Planning & bookingin of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits.
  • Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts.
  • Scheduling & organising Reactive Remedial Works.
  • Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
  • Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider H&K Team.
  • Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
  • General office administration duties, as required by the business.
  • Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
Applicants must be reliable, punctual, good team players and have good communication & IT skills.

Knowledge & experience within the Fire Detection industry would be desirable, although experience in a related engineering our service delivery field would also be considered
