We understand that great ideas aren't confined to an office. That's why our tech teams embrace a remote-friendly culture, giving you the flexibility to choose where you work best. Whether it's from our amazing HQ in Sheffield, mainly remote or something in-between, believe that your best work happens when you have the freedom to create your ideal workspace.
Are you ready to be more than just a Senior Software Engineer or Web Developer? If you're a React virtuoso seeking a dynamic environment where your skills align with a vibrant culture, your journey with Twinkl awaits
Our Unparalleled Evolution:
Twinkl's remarkable journey from a back bedroom to a global force in education is not just about growth; it's about cultivating a culture that values each team member. Our global team of over 1500 within 13 years is a testament to our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone thrives. Now, at the very beginning of a period of evolution in tech, we are focused on maturing our processes and amplifying our impact in the digital product space.
Exciting Web Applications Await:
Join us in crafting web applications where teams work with freedom on applications from scratch, that not only innovate in the EdTech space but also reflect our values. For example:
As a Senior Software Engineer / Web Developer at Twinkl, you're not just shaping code; you're an architect shaping the future of not only educational technology but of Twinkl as a whole, helping evolve a culture that values your contributions.
What we are looking for:
React Fundamentals and Mastery of Modern Features:
We are looking for a team member who is excited and passionate about Twinkl's mission, values and education/EdTech as a whole. You'll have a can-do attitude and be capable of working autonomously, as an individual or as part of a team, using agile values, principles and practices.
After you apply, we'll review your application and one of our careers team will be in touch. If things seem like a good fit we will invite you to an interactive coding session and technical assessment.
We love getting to know you and chatting through how you have approached this challenge via a face-to-face or virtual meeting; this is also a great opportunity for you to meet key team members and hear about what excites them about Team Twinkl.
We feel this approach gives us the best chance for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us and understand the role, but at any point, our team is on always hand to answer any questions and support you in your journey.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities.
