Property and Housing - Interim Repairs Planner - Manchester
A large housing provider in the North West looking for an experienced repairs planner to come in on an interim basis.
- Coordinate the day to day planning of the team
- Monitor and control the workflow
- Liaise with customers and the management team
- Ensure repairs are kept on top of and all parties are informed of progress
- Manage claims
